• Conduct assessments to evaluate patients’ physical conditions and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement treatment plans including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, posture, and body mechanics.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for comprehensive care.
• Other duties as assigned.

The Physical Therapist (PT) provides a full range of physical therapy services including assessment, treatment planning, and interventions in an interdisciplinary environment, adhering to professional standards.

• Current, valid state PT licensure or certification.
• CPR certification preferred.

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• 0-1 years of experience.
