WhatYou’ll Do
- The HR Administrative Assistant supports facility management in achieving and maintaining a high‑performing workforce that meets all administrative and residential care needs while ensuring compliance with applicable federal and state employment laws, regulations and company personnel policies.
- Responsible for the timely submission of all payroll data to the corporate payroll department and the administration of company‑sponsored employee benefits in a timely and accurate manner.
- Spends a significant amount of time interviewing, making hiring decisions and onboarding new associates.
- Combines strong HR skills with a compassionate, engaged personality and a dedication to ensuring exceptional patient outcomes and high patient satisfaction.
- Highly organized with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well with a diverse population.
