This position is an existing role within Kimball Electronics, Inc. (KEI) reporting to the Business Systems Analyst Manager. The role will assist in the design and implementation of SAP security in compliance with KEI Information Security Management System and regulatory requirements driven by our customers’ requirements.

• Working knowledge of:
• General Information Security Principles.
• Segregation of Duty (SOD) principles.
• SAP ECC &/or S/4 HANA.
• MS Active Directory.
• MS Office tools.
• Awareness of SAP security best practices and trends.
• Awareness of regulatory requirements.

• Complete onboarding checklist and SAP Security Analyst orientation.
• Become an active member of the IT – Applications team and familiarize with processes, procedures, standards.
• Gain knowledge of SAP Security processes.
• Gain knowledge of SAP Security configuration and documentation.

• Learn how to effectively use SAP Service Marketplace.
• Provide Level II administration and support for SAP Security.
• Assist with access administration and audits.
• Assist with research and development efforts/projects for SAP Security solutions.
• Begin building basic understanding of SAP functional process areas.
• Assist with creation and maintenance of documentation for SAP security solutions and processes.
• Assist with maintenance of SAP GRC.
• Assist with maintenance of SAP CUA.
• Support the KE ISO 27001 Information Security Management System as required.

The typical pay range for this role is $70,000 - $90,000. The actual wages offered will vary based on multiple factors, including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
