Full-Stack Growth Marketer

This role focuses on driving user acquisition and business growth through AI-enhanced, data-driven digital marketing strategies. The Growth Marketing Specialist will lead our full-stack marketing efforts, developing targeted campaigns across the entire customer journey, from awareness to conversion and retention. They will harness an ecosystem of cutting-edge AI marketing tools to create, optimize, and scale our marketing initiatives. This role requires a technology-forward marketer who can seamlessly integrate various marketing platforms, AI tools, and analytics systems to build a cohesive, high-performing marketing engine.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, balancing creative content development with rigorous testing and analysis to maximize ROI across all marketing channels.

Execute Multichannel Campaigns - Design and deploy high-converting digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google, Meta, Linked In) targeting enterprise decision-makers, with full ownership of campaign performance and ROI measurement.

Leverage AI Marketing Tools - Harness cutting-edge AI marketing solutions including Jasper, Clearscope, and Mutiny to automate content creation, enhance personalization, and scale messaging across customer segments.

Optimize Conversion Funnels - Continuously analyze and refine the entire customer journey from awareness to conversion, implementing systematic A/B testing to improve landing pages, ads, and email sequences.

Build Data-Driven Strategies - Create comprehensive marketing analytics dashboards that integrate cross-channel data, generating actionable insights to power strategic decisions and budget allocation.

Scale Customer Acquisition - Identify and capitalize on high-performing channels, messages, and audience segments to systematically reduce CAC while increasing acquisition velocity and volume.

Technical Marketing Integration - Proficiency with marketing technology stack implementation including CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, analytics tools, and AI marketing solutions

Analysis & Optimization - Strong analytical capabilities with experience turning complex marketing data into actionable insights using tools like Google Analytics, Amplitude, or Mixpanel

AI-Enhanced Content Creation - Ability to use AI tools to efficiently create, optimize, and scale marketing content across channels while maintaining brand voice and messaging consistency

Conversion Rate Optimization - Expert knowledge of CRO methodologies and testing frameworks to systematically improve marketing performance through iterative experimentation

Cross-functional Collaboration - Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively alongside sales, product, and executive teams to align marketing efforts with company objectives

• 3+ years experience running digital marketing campaigns with demonstrable ROI, preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology
• Proven track record of successfully implementing AI-powered marketing tools and automations to achieve measurable business outcomes
• Experience with enterprise customer segmentation and persona development for targeting high-level decision-makers
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, with additional certifications in digital marketing platforms
• Experience in the data analytics, business intelligence, or enterprise software industry highly preferred
