Finish Sprayer-NGR (Manufacturing)
All employees must wear safety glasses at all times. (Non-prescription safety glasses will be provided by Indiana Furniture.) Hearing protection and work gloves are available upon request. Individuals accepting job assignments with Indiana Furniture must be able to work during scheduled work hours on a regular basis.
Finish Sprayer must be able to perform the following essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations:
- Operate air-assisted airless spray gun on a regular basis.
- Spray topcoat onto chair parts.
- Ensure color matches color panel.
- Back-up Inspect of finished chairs.
- Load finish line.
- Clean spray guns and mix catalyst into lacquer.
- Lift up to 50 lbs maximum and up to 20 lbs regularly.
- Good eye for detail is required.
- Ability to work with others to achieve department goals.
