Power Drive Transmission – PDM CNC MACHINIST

CNCMachinists perform all the machining operations needed to complete a project. Some light duty lifting required and using a hoist to install vises, jigs, fixtures, and heavy work pieces onto the CNC Mill or CNC Lathe for machining. Use precision measuring equipment with both hands to accurately machine parts. Operating the controls of the CNC Mill or CNC Lathe with both hands to remove material from parts in conjunction with the specs and accuracy required for specific job.

Check the lubricating fluid and fill, as necessary. Clean the CNC Mill and CNC Lathe work area as needed and at the end of each shift. Prior CNC Lathe or CNC Milling experience preferred. Must be able to use micrometers, calipers, and t-gauges bench and disc sanders.

• Monday - Friday 1:30pm to 10:00pm

• The ability to lift, bend, push, pull and move materials up to 50lbs.
• The ability to stand or walk an entire shift (can be approx... 8-10 hours)
• The ability to use handheld tools such as Hammers, Screwdrivers, Wrenches, Tape Measures, Micrometers, Calipers, Etc.
• Sitting:
  Occasionally
• Stooping (forward leaning):
  Occasionally.
• Reaching/Working Overhead:
  Occasionally.

• Starting rate $20.00+ based on experience.
• Multiple performance reviews within your first two years, which include the ability to receive multiple wage increases
