POD 5 – Authentic Engine Repair

Job Overview: This position is responsible for inspecting major casting for any defects, flaws or modification needed. Once verified what repairs/modifications are needed they will be made. Will need to do cosmetic welding (welding experience not required but helpful). Will train right candidate to weld. This position will require the candidate to be self-driven to complete the tasks.

• Monday - Friday 6:30am-3:00pm

• The ability to lift, bend, push, pull and move materials up to 50lbs
• The ability to stand or walk an entire shift (can be approx... 8-10 hours)
• The ability to use handheld tools such as:
  Impacts, torque wrenches, hammers, punches, grinders, belt sanders, etc.
• Walking:
  Occasionally
• Stooping (forward leaning):
  Frequently
• Reaching/Working Overhead:
  Occasionally

• Starting rate $20.00 + based on experience.
• Multiple performance reviews within your first two years, which include the ability to receive multiple wage increases
• PTO after 30 days and 10 paid holidays after 30 days
• Quarterly bonus after 6 months of employment
