Responsibilities:

Registered nurses play a pivotal role in enriching the lives of residents by utilizing their experience and advanced nursing skills to provide top-notch medical attention and foster a nurturing environment.

• Deliver exceptional nursing care to ensure residents' physical and emotional well-being
• Collaborate with a passionate team to create and implement personalized care plans
• Monitor and assess residents' health, especially those with highly acute needs
• Promote residents' independence and dignity in a supportive environment
• Guide and train staff to maintain high-quality care standards
• Engage in continuous learning and professional development opportunities

Requirements:

• Active and unrestricted RN license
• Passion for geriatric nursing and dedication to senior care excellence
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassion, empathy, and a positive attitude
