Schedule:

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

• Call
  
  Hours:
  
  3:00 PM - 7:00 AM

• Call Schedule:

• 1 weekday call per week (mix of primary/secondary)

• 1 evening OR shift weekly (either 5 PM or 7 PM start)

• Call Response Time: 30 minutes

• Supervision Model: All CRNA practice (no MD supervision)

• Case Types:

• General, orthopedics (mostly spine), urology, ophthalmology, GYN

• Some ENT, podiatry, very limited dental/peds dental

• Heavy OB

• Skills Required: Must be proficient in spinals, blocks, and epidurals

• Caselogs Required: Yes - documentation required for all 3

• Facility Info:

• 9 providers during the day

• 6 ORs, 2 Endo Rooms, 1 Cath Lab, 1 IR Room

• EMR: Epic
