Schedule:

Dec 21, 23, 24, 26, 29-31. Jan 1, 2, 3-4, 6-7, 19-23. Ongoing weekly through Mid-March.

Shift

Hours:

7 AM - 3 PM. M-F.Call starts at 3 PM - 7 AMCase Mix: GEN, ORTHO (MOSTLY SPINE), URO, OPHTALMOLOGY, GYN, FEW DENTAL AND PEDS DENTAL, ENT, POD, AND HEAVY OB.REQUIRED TO HAVE EPIDURALS, SPINALS, AND BLOCKS.Trauma Level: Level 3# of ORs: 6

Supervision and Ratio: 1-2 Anesthesiologists and 6 CRNAs on the floor. No supervision.

Active License Credentialing Time Frame: 30-60 days Certifications

Required:

ACLS, BLS, PALS, Board-certified.
