Cathedral Health Care Center is hiring a Full-Time RN Supervisor for our Weekend Option Program. In this leadership role, you’ll oversee the clinical care delivered during the Friday–Sunday day shifts, supporting both residents and staff while helping to ensure smooth, high-quality operations throughout the weekend.

What You’ll Do

Serve as the on-site clinical supervisor for all nursing staff during your shift

Provide direct and indirect nursing care in compliance with facility standards and state regulations

Support, mentor, and guide floor staff to ensure quality care delivery

Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team

Monitor resident conditions and coordinate necessary interventions

Ensure documentation, medication administration, and care planning are timely and accurate

What You’ll Need

Active RN license in the state of Indiana

Minimum 1 year of experience in long-term care or a similar setting preferred

Strong leadership, assessment, and communication skills

Commitment to upholding high standards of resident care and team collaboration
