Shift: 12-hour Nights,

Incentives: Eligible for shift incentive based on company policies and applicable job codes. Additional details will be provided during the interview process. 10% on base pay for hours worked between 7 pm and 7 am.

Job Overview: Responsible for providing patient care, supervising care delivery, coordinating care plans, and educating patients and families. Demonstrates knowledge, critical thinking, and judgment daily.

Required Certifications/Licenses/Experience: Active RN license in Indiana or other compact licensure state.

Preferred Certifications/Licenses/Experience: BSN (must obtain per policy), CPR Provider C, ACLS, previous healthcare facility experience.
