• Shift: 8-hour day shifts, Monday–Friday (Clinic hours only)
• Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $1470–$1570
• Charting System:
  Epic EMR

• Active LPN or LVN license (Licensed Practical Nurse) in Indiana
• BLS certification (Basic Life Support) required
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in an outpatient clinic or ambulatory care setting
• Ability to float between GI, Pulmonary, Internal Medicine, and Nephrology clinics as needed
• Excellent communication, clinical, and teamwork skills

• Provide compassionate patient care in nephrology and other outpatient clinics
• Assist with patient assessments, medication administration, and documentation using Epic EMR
• Support healthcare providers with clinical procedures and patient education
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient clinic environment
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve high-quality patient outcomes
