Hours:

7 am - 3 pmCall hours: 3 pm - 7 amCall Scheduled: 1 weekday call per week (combo of primary and secondary) and either 5 pm or 7 pm room per week Types of cases required:
General, Ortho(mostly spine), urology, ophthalmology, GYN, very few dental and peds dental, ENT, podiatry, and heavy OB. Must be proficient in Spinals, Blocks, and Epidurals Number of ORs: 6

Licensure Requirements: ACLS, BLS, PALS Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
