As a Food Supervisor at Sodexo, you will provide on-site supervision to coordinate routine work activities of service employees engaged in food operations, including fast casual, coffee/counter service, cafeterias, events/banquets, casual dining and cafes. You will work under direction from management to support daily operations and uphold service quality.

• Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
• Assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees
• Facilitate orientation and training of employees
• Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in areas such as quality, service, and problem resolution
• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts with reliable regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business needs and client requirements

• Team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and committed to maintaining a healthy and safe working environment for all
• 1 or more years of related work experience; supervisory experience is preferred
