What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of Sales experience in contract interiors
• Strong understanding of the Dealer and A+D communities in contract furniture
• Experience collaborating across functions (sales, marketing, operations)
• Comfortable managing a region with autonomy and accountability
• Willingness to travel regularly and stay connected to the field
• Strong judgment, communication skills, and ability to coach without micromanaging
