We are looking for exceptional talent to strengthen our leadership in the heavy equipment industry for the following position:

GA Branch Adm Staff (Code: GA JAYAPURA)

Duties and responsibilities:

Responsible for general administrative tasks related to the operational office for all coverage functions as the Company required.

Ensure that all general administrative tasks are completed and aligned with Government and Company regulations.

Conduct register and update all branch permit and legal document.

Support HC Head Office to maintain HR system and absence report in branch.

Control, monitor, review and report outsourcing jobs;
Officeboy, Driver and Security.

Ensure that office facilities and assets are functioning properly, monitor the validity of licenses, and coordinate with related parties regarding office operational requirements.

Conducts, manage and control all company fixed asset, office facility and maintenance at branch.

Conduct others jobs related GA Administration base on assignment by superior as long related with company regulation.

Qualifications:

Minimum Diploma degree, majoring Economy/Accounting/Management or any related major.

Experienced at least for 3 (three) years within similar position.

Willing to learn any GA administrative matters and operational working systems.

Understands and implement Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment (K3LH).

Fluent in English both spoken and written, computer literate.

Understands all licenses and legal documents related to Branch operations.

Mature, initiative, patient, independent, problem solver and communicative.

Prepared to manage pressure, tight schedules, and extended hours with a positive attitude.

Ability to work both individually and within a team.

Job location:

Jayapura Branch (Papua Province).
