Job Description
Paula Teacher & Associates, Inc. is looking for a Residential Direct Care Professional to join our Jeannette team!
$17.00/hour plus paid training. A shift differential is offered for the overnight shifts; all hours worked between 11:00 pm – 8:00 am are paid $18.00/hour.

The Residential Staff member provides direct care of the residents by assisting with activities of daily living, personal hygiene, socialization, meal preparation, and other daily living necessities.
We currently have two part-time positions available. Additional hours are available depending on the needs of the site or your willingness to cross‑train at a sister site in Greensburg.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Preferred prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential setting, though not required.
- Criminal clearances.
- Clean driving record – no offenses within the past 3 years.
- Must complete required ODP orientation and the DHS Medication Administration online training program.
- TB/physical exam also required.
Job Type: Part‑time
Pay: $17.00 per hour (and $18.00 for overnight shift)
