• Plan, conduct, and report internal and external quality audits to ensure the QMS conforms to ISO 9001:2015 and applicable ASME BPVC standards.
• Develop and execute the annual internal audit schedule covering all QMS elements and critical manufacturing processes.
• Conduct thorough audits of company departments and processes to verify compliance with documented procedures, ISO 9001 requirements, and applicable ASME code requirements.
• Assist in hosting and supporting customer, regulatory, and third‑party certification audits.
• Identify, document, and report quality system gaps and collaborate with process owners to determine root cause analysis and evaluate the effectiveness of proposed CAPA.
• Track and follow up on all audit findings to ensure corrective actions are effectively implemented.
• Prepare detailed, evidence‑based audit reports for management review, highlighting areas of non‑compliance, risk, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collect and compile trend analysis related to audit findings to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide guidance and training to personnel on ISO 9001 and relevant industrial code requirements and best practices.
• Contribute to the review and revision of QMS documentation to maintain compliance and optimize quality processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related technical field (preferred).
• Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Control role within a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment.
• Demonstrated experience performing internal or external audits.
• Deep knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standard.
• Strong working knowledge of applicable ASME codes such as BPVC Sections and B31 Piping Codes.
• Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) from ASQ or equivalent accredited certification strongly preferred.
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification is a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, excellent written and verbal communication, objective root cause analysis skills, ability to work independently, manage time, and handle confidential information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with a QMS software.
