Chief of Accounts

Responsibilities:

• Planning, organizing and controlling finances for the company.
• Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Preparation of balance sheet and income statement.
• Preparing accruals for all payroll benefits and obligations on a monthly and annual basis.
• Preparing daily accounting entries on the accounting system.
• Preparing and managing all customers’ accounts, vendors and employees.
• Following up and collecting company’s receivables (debtors).
• Preparing and organizing monthly payrolls.
• Following up with banks and preparing banking reconciliations.
• Following up with sales tax department and social security department.
• Using an Accounting Software program.
• Validate purchases and ensure that all purchase transactions are made through pre-approved vendors.
