The Audit & Assurance Manager will lead external audit engagements, ensuring quality, compliance, and stakeholder value. You will oversee the audit cycle from planning to execution, assess internal controls, identify risks, and apply professional scepticism to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial reporting. The role also involves collaborating with component auditors, mentoring teams, and driving value by integrating firm-wide expertise into client engagements.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in public accounting and external audit, preferably with Big 4 firms.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, best practice reporting, and audit methodologies.
• International accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, or SOCPA) is required.
• Proven ability to review and validate audit documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent command of English; bilingual (Arabic/English) candidates preferred.
