Senior Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join in JEDDAH.

• Bookkeeping: maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Shipment costing: derive landed cost calculations.
• VAT compliance: manage the entire VAT lifecycle, including the preparation and accurate filing of monthly, quarterly, and annual VAT returns in accordance with ZATCA requirements.
• Financial statements: assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and Cash Flow.
• Day‑to‑day accounting: process invoices, manage expense reports, and monitor daily transactions to ensure financial integrity.
• Audit support: provide necessary documentation and support for internal and external audits.
• Stock control: reconcile inventory stock, coordinate with the sales team for receivables and the logistics team for inventory to ensure internal operations run smoothly.

• 5–10 years of total experience in Import/Wholesale Trading companies.
• Excellent proficiency in Tally and Excel.
• Strong costing and operational finance exposure.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional accounting experience within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Thorough knowledge of Saudi VAT laws, filing procedures, and ZATCA compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• English proficiency;
  Arabic language skills highly desirable.
