Job Title; AP senior Accountant Insurance
Responsible for insurance-related accounting activities, reconciliations, reporting, and supporting compliance with IFRS and internal controls.
Priority Responsibility/Tasks (( not limited to the following) Scope of Responsibility/Tasks)- Manage insurance accounting entries and reconciliations.
- Monitor insurance accruals and settlements.
- Coordinate with brokers and insurance providers.
- Support audit and IFRS compliance requirements.
- Prepare insurance-related financial reports.
- Monthly coordinate to review the renewal of the insurance policies with operation team.
- Ad hoc Analysis of partial loss or total loss cases.
- Assist in preparing annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term business and financial plans.
- Prepare and coordinate health insurance monthly reconciliation.
- Review monthly reconciliation of rebates and follow up on pending balances.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Insurance, or related field.
- Knowledge of IFRS and accounting principles.
- ERP systems experience (Kastle & Orion preferred).
- Strong Excel and reporting skills.
- Analytical and reconciliation capabilities.
- Managing People, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Communication Skills, Ability to Analyze, Decision Making.
- Organizing and Quality Orientation, Results Orientation, Team Skills.
