AP senior Accountant Insurance

Responsible for insurance-related accounting activities, reconciliations, reporting, and supporting compliance with IFRS and internal controls.

• Manage insurance accounting entries and reconciliations.
• Monitor insurance accruals and settlements.
• Coordinate with brokers and insurance providers.
• Support audit and IFRS compliance requirements.
• Prepare insurance-related financial reports.
• Monthly coordinate to review the renewal of the insurance policies with operation team.
• Ad hoc Analysis of partial loss or total loss cases.
• Assist in preparing annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term business and financial plans.
• Prepare and coordinate health insurance monthly reconciliation.
• Review monthly reconciliation of rebates and follow up on pending balances.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Insurance, or related field.
• Knowledge of IFRS and accounting principles.
• ERP systems experience (Kastle & Orion preferred).
• Strong Excel and reporting skills.
• Analytical and reconciliation capabilities.
