WhatYou’ll Be Doing
The successful candidate will reconcile all employee and business unit accounts, ensuring compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and international standards.
Responsibilities include:
- Follow accounting policies, processes, and SOPs to maintain controlled and consistent work.
- Manage day‑to‑day activities with minimal supervision, ensuring continuity of work.
- Address and close escalated cases or issues raised by junior team members promptly.
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards and oversee the year‑end closing process for assigned records.
- Provide technical accounting support and interpretations to business units.
- Coordinate and verify bank reconciliations, ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies and preventing fraud.
- Maintain accurate accounting and financial records for related business units.
- Support cash management, banking, vendor relationships, and ERP system implementation.
- Collaborate with HR regarding monthly payroll payment arrangements.
- Coordinate with external auditors, providing all required data and ensuring on‑time audit completion.
- Work with IT on system enhancements and improvements.
- Prepare monthly management reports, including budget vs. actual variance reports, and manage supporting schedules and narratives.
- Produce studies, reports, and financial interpretations to aid decision making.
- Maintain and reconcile accounts receivable, inter‑company transactions, and third‑party invoicing, ensuring statements are sent to customers monthly.
- Assist in cost analyses, rate studies, and internal control over cash collection and banking.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of accounting experience.
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
