Accounting Manager

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our team at one of our leading companies in the residential construction sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial and accounting operations, ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting and compliance with local regulations, as well as supporting senior management in strategic financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all daily accounting operations and manage the accounting team.
• Prepare and review financial statements and periodic reports in accordance with approved standards.
• Develop and manage annual budgets, monitor financial performance, and analyze variances.
• Supervise Zakat and tax processes, ensuring full compliance with local regulations.
• Perform and review bank reconciliations and various account reconciliations.
• Enhance accounting policies and procedures to improve financial efficiency.
• Prepare and analyze advanced financial reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with other departments to support decision-making and achieve financial goals.
• Coordinate with external auditors and ensure readiness of financial data.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (Master’s degree is a plus).
• 10–15 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably within the construction sector.
• Strong expertise in managing full-cycle accounting operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance).
• Solid knowledge of Zakat, Tax, and financial regulations in Saudi Arabia.
• Advanced Excel skills, including reporting and dashboard creation.
• Professional certification such as SOCPA or equivalent is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with sound decision-making ability.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team.
