Masar Al-Ejada Management Consulting Company is seeking an experienced General Accountant to join its team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The opportunity is available on a full-time or part-time basis and is intended for accounting professionals with more than five years of practical experience in accounting operations, financial reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting.

The successful candidate will support daily accounting activities, customer and supplier accounts, bank reconciliations, financial closing processes, accounting records, and periodic financial reports. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems, together with sound knowledge of accounting procedures and standards, is required.

• Record and review daily accounting entries and verify supporting documentation.
• Monitor customer and supplier accounts, expenses, and revenue.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and review financial balances and transactions.
• Support monthly and annual closing activities.
• Prepare necessary accounting adjustments during closing processes.
• Prepare and review periodic financial reports and financial statements.
• Monitor general ledger accounts and ensure accurate classification and recording of transactions.
• Organize and maintain accounting records and supporting documents according to approved procedures.
• Coordinate with internal departments and relevant authorities regarding required financial data and reports.
• Support improvements to the accuracy, integrity, and effectiveness of accounting processes and controls.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related discipline

• More than 5 years of practical accounting experience

• Good knowledge of accounting procedures and standards.
• Ability to prepare accounting entries, reconciliations, and financial reports.
