Daily Transactions and Operations Management:
Recording accounting entries, documenting invoices, expenses, and revenues in the accounting systems.
Bank Reconciliations and Settlements:
Carrying out regular bank account reconciliations, monitoring financial advances, and matching ledger balances with the general ledger.
Financial Reporting:
Preparing drafts of periodic reports (monthly and yearly), trial balances, and final statements such as profit and loss and balance sheets.
Tax and Zakat Compliance:
Preparing and submitting tax and zakat returns and tracking their payments according to the regulations of the Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority.
Accounts and Inventory Follow-up:
Monitoring supplier and customer accounts, and participating in periodic and continuous inventory and treasury counts.
Archiving and Confidentiality:
Organizing and securely keeping financial documents and tax files, and maintaining complete confidentiality of company data.
