Required experience:

The accountant is responsible for preparing and organizing disbursement documents, tracking, documenting, and analyzing revenue collection, as well as preparing accounting entries and recording financial transactions in the approved ledgers. The role also includes auditing bank accounts, preparing necessary reconciliations, and preparing and maintaining organized financial reports on expenses and revenues.

First:
Financial and accounting tasks

• Preparing accounting entries and recording financial transactions in accounting records.
• Auditing bank accounts and preparing monthly bank reconciliations.
• Preparing the financial statement and monthly summaries.
• Preparing and organizing the annual financial statements.

Second:
Audit and control tasks:

• Auditing financial claims and ensuring they meet legal and financial requirements.
• Follow up on the auditing and approval of disbursement documents by the approved regulatory authorities.
• Monitoring current and capital expenditures in accordance with the approved budget items.

Third:
Development and Reporting:

• Developing accounting methods and procedures and keeping pace with scientific and technological developments in the field.
• Preparing reports and documents specializing in expense and revenue accounting.
• Saving financial documents in dedicated databases.
