Accounts Payable Accountant

We are looking for a qualified AP Accountant to join our Finance Department, with relevant experience in the contracting sector, preferably in residential building projects.

• Review and verify supplier invoices, purchase orders, and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Process supplier invoices and payment requests in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain and reconcile supplier accounts and monitor outstanding balances.
• Ensure timely processing of supplier payments and resolve discrepancies when necessary.
• Record accounts payable transactions accurately in the ERP system.
• Coordinate with procurement and other departments regarding invoices, payments, and supplier account discrepancies.
• Maintain organized financial records and supporting documentation.
• Assist with month-end closing activities and prepare accounts payable reports as required.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounts payable within contracting companies.
• Practical experience using ERP systems.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and organizational abilities.
