Accountant - Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable

We are hiring 2 Accountants to manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) operations. The successful candidates will support accurate financial reporting, timely vendor payments, customer collections, and efficient cash flow management.

• Process and verify vendor invoices and customer billing transactions
• Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable operations
• Ensure accurate GL coding and cost center allocation
• Process vendor payments and monitor customer collections
• Reconcile vendor and customer statements and resolve discrepancies
• Monitor AP and AR aging reports and follow up on overdue balances
• Perform bank reconciliations and support month-end closing activities
• Coordinate with procurement, sales, and other departments to resolve payment and billing issues
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
• 3+ years of relevant accounting experience
• ERP experience required (Infor)
• Strong Excel skills
• Excellent analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills
• High integrity and ability to handle confidential financial information
• Strong communication and organizational skills
