Baytonia is looking for a Financial Controller to own month-end close, controls, inventory accounting and compliance across our online, showroom and marketplace channels.
Key Responsibilities:- Month-End Close and Reporting
- Accounting Policies and Controls
- Inventory and Costing
- Cash and Revenue Reconciliation
- Compliance and Audit
- Budgeting and Analysis
- Team and Systems
Improve the ERP set-up, chart of accounts and automation of routine work.
Requirements:- 8+ years in accounting and finance, including at least 3 years as a Financial Controller or Finance Manager leading a team.
- Experience in retail, e-commerce or inventory-heavy business.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, Saudi VAT, zakat and ZATCA e-invoicing.
- Professional qualification such as SOCPA, CPA, ACCA or CMA.
- Advanced Excel and experience with a mid-market ERP (e.g. Odoo, Net Suite, SAP Business One or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
