Job Description
We are seeking an organized and efficient Saudi Purchasing Clerk to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Purchasing Clerk, you will play a crucial role in supporting our procurement processes and ensuring smooth operations within our organization.
- Process purchase orders and maintain accurate records of all transactions
- Communicate with vendors to obtain quotes, negotiate prices, and resolve discrepancies
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in maintaining optimal stock levels
- Prepare and maintain purchasing reports using Microsoft Excel
- Collaborate with various departments to understand and fulfill their purchasing needs
- Enter and update vendor information in the company's ERP system
- Assist in the evaluation and selection of suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery time
- Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and procedures
- Participate in cost saving initiatives and process improvements
- Handle routine correspondence with suppliers and internal stakeholders
