Overview
We are looking for a highly professional Senior Executive Assistant with proven experience supporting a Founder, Chairman, CEO, Managing Director, or General Manager.
ResponsibilitiesManage executive calendars, meetings and priorities. Coordinate Board Meetings and Executive Committee Meetings. Prepare meeting agendas, minutes of meetings and board documentation. Follow up on Board Resolutions and action items. Prepare Executive Summaries, Briefing Notes and Management Reports. Coordinate with legal advisors regarding contracts and agreements. Support Governance, Compliance and Corporate Secretarial activities. Liaise with senior executives, government entities and external stakeholders.
Draft professional correspondence in English and Arabic. Organize local and international travel arrangements. Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism.
- 5–10+ years of experience in Executive Assistant, CEO Office, Chairman Office or Board Secretariat roles.
- Direct experience supporting Board Meetings and Executive Committee Meetings.
- Experience preparing Minutes of Meetings, Board Resolutions and tracking action items.
- Strong exposure to Governance, Compliance and Corporate Secretarial activities.
- Experience coordinating with Legal Advisors and handling Contracts and Agreements.
- Experience preparing Executive Briefing Notes, Executive Summaries, Board Packs and Management Reports.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Strong stakeholder management and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Experience working with senior executives, government entities and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience supporting Board Members, Chairmen, Founders or C-level Executives.
