Position: Administration Officer (Saudi National)

SYSTICS Smart - KSA is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administration Officer to oversee daily administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the office. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills, with the ability to support various departments and maintain efficient administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain office operations and administrative systems
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain filing systems (physical and electronic).
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents.
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when needed.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
  • Support HR in administrative tasks (attendance, onboarding, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in facility management and office maintenance.
Requirements
  • Saudi National (Mandatory)
  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in administration, office management, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
