Role Description

The Office Manager Jeddah role is a full‑time, on‑site position responsible for overseeing daily office operations and ensuring a smooth, efficient working environment. The Office Manager will coordinate administrative tasks, manage office supplies and equipment, organize meetings and schedules, and maintain office records and documentation. This role will support internal teams with administrative assistance, handle basic financial and procurement‑related office processes, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

The Office Manager will also serve as a primary point of contact for visitors and internal stakeholders, providing professional customer service and fostering a well‑organized office atmosphere in Jeddah.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Office Administration and Administrative Assistance to manage daily office operations and documentation.
  • Experience handling Office Equipment and basic facilities coordination to ensure a functional work environment.
  • Solid organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfort with using office productivity software (e.g., MS Office or equivalent) and basic digital tools.
  • Experience in office management or a similar administrative role, preferably within a corporate or multi‑sector environment.
  • Ability to work on‑site in Jeddah and collaborate with diverse teams in a fast‑paced setting.
  • Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
