Key Accountabilities
  • Posts Overtime for all Staffs on OT Database.
  • Manage all the record of the acknowledgement.
  • Raise all necessary Leave forms, PSRs, HDR, SAP and other personal requests for PP Sites staff whenever required.
  • Managing all Helpdesk calls, including logging them on the helpdesk system and allocating and closing out the calls.
  • Ensuring that the process for call logging and call resolution for each client site is adhered to.
  • Welcome clients & visitors to the office in a professional & courteous manner
  • General Administration
  • Take on ad hoc projects & tasks as and when required
  • Reception duties including managing post and couriers, meeting room set-up and general office duties when required
Knowledge, Skills and Aptitude
  • Educational Qualifications &

    Certifications:

    High School / University Degree.
  • Knowledge:

    Good Knowledge in Administration of Property Maintenance
  • Technical

    Skills:

    PC literacy with strong competency in all Microsoft Office Suite programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project Management Software)
  • Language

    Skills:

    Fluency in both English and Arabic.

    Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience:

    Minimum 3 years’ experience in Help Desk capacity including administrative/accounting jobs.
