Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the processing and renewal of Exit Re Entry visas, Iqamas, and other employee residency permits
- Manage business visas and invitation letters for associates visiting KSA
- Prepare and issue official and other employee related documentation
- Coordinate with government agencies to ensure compliance with local labor and immigration laws
- Maintain accurate records and track the status of all employee government service requests
- Handle Baladya cards, residency permits, and related documentation
- Provide timely updates and support to employees regarding their government service applications
- Assist in resolving any issues or delays related to employee government services
- Track health Baladya cards of factory associates and book appointments
- Support P & O through the onboarding and offboarding process
- Manage GOSI contracts, QWIA, and other related documentation
- Support the Corporate Affairs Manager with administrative tasks when needed
- Manage government documentation and approvals related to company operations, ensuring validity of licenses and certificates
- Monitor changes in government regulations affecting the company and advise management accordingly
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Previous experience in government services related to employee visas and permits preferred
- Proactiveness and ability to deal with ambiguity
- Customer focus and comfort around higher management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously
- Familiarity with Saudi labour and immigration regulations is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems
- Strong understanding of the Saudi regulatory environment, especially Customs and FDA processes
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex projects
- Proficiency in relevant software tools
- Good level of English to ensure smooth communication with stakeholders, both internal and external
