Tamheer - Clinical Digital Operations

To support the day‑to‑day operations of the Digital Clinic by assisting in scheduling, doctors’ coordination, and post‑service operational activities. The role aims to develop practical experience in healthcare operations while ensuring smooth service delivery under supervision.

• Assist in updating doctors’ schedules on the system.
• Support management of blockages and availability.
• Track sick leave and annual leave records.
• Assist in preparing basic scheduling reports.

• Assist in monitoring consultation completion.
• Support follow‑up on post‑service operational tasks.
• Escalate issues to senior team members when needed.

• Support onboarding process for new doctors.
• Assist in collecting and organizing credentialing documents.
• Update doctors’ profiles on internal systems.

• Assist in preparing operational reports.
• Maintain basic tracking sheets and dashboards.
• Support data accuracy and documentation.
• Write minutes of meetings and support in meetings preparations.

• Coordinate with internal teams under supervision.
• Communicate operational updates as assigned.

• Follow internal policies and procedures.
• Support documentation and audit readiness.
