Office Assistant in Jeddah (Indian Nationals) We are a reputable company in Jeddah seeking an Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an Indian national with a strong work ethic and excellent organizational skills.

• Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory
• Answer and direct phone calls and emails
• Organize and schedule appointments
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
• Greet clients and visitors with a professional demeanor
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors

• Indian nationality preferred
• Proven work experience as an Office Assistant or similar role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent time-management and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• High school diploma or equivalent
