Admissions Officer

Magrabi Health is seeking an Admission Officer to provide exceptional patient support during registration and admission processes.

The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a smooth and professional experience while maintaining accurate patient information and administrative records.

• Register patients and verify personal and insurance information.
• Coordinate patient admission and appointment activities.
• Ensure accurate entry of patient data into healthcare systems.
• Guide patients through registration and admission procedures.
• Communicate effectively with clinical and administrative departments.
• Handle patient inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Support compliance with organizational policies and patient confidentiality requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Previous customer service, reception, patient registration, or healthcare administration experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good English and Arabic communication skills.
• Strong organizational and computer skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
