Procurement Specialist

Job Summary

• We are looking for an experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have 3–7 years of hands‑on procurement experience within the Saudi Arabian market
  , specifically in the construction, contracting, real estate, and infrastructure sectors
  . This role requires strong vendor management abilities, market knowledge, and the capability to manage high‑volume and project‑based procurement activities efficiently.

• Oversee end‑to‑end procurement activities for construction, contracting, and infrastructure projects, ensuring timely and cost‑effective purchasing of materials and services.
• Source, evaluate, and qualify suppliers in the Saudi market, with a strong understanding of local suppliers for construction materials, equipment, subcontracting services, and real estate‑related needs.
• Prepare and issue RFQs, compare quotations, and negotiate terms and pricing to secure the best value.
• Review and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with company standards and Saudi regulations.
• Maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure consistent quality, competitive pricing, and reliable delivery schedules.
• Collaborate closely with project management, engineering, finance, and site teams to understand project requirements and forecast procurement needs.
• Monitor material delivery timelines and resolve any issues or discrepancies with suppliers.
• Track and analyze market trends, material price fluctuations, and supply chain risks affecting the construction sector.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, purchase orders, contracts, and vendor performance reports.
• Ensure all procurement activities align with company policies, project timelines, and budget requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of procurement experience in the Saudi Arabian market

• Solid understanding of construction materials, equipment suppliers, subcontractor markets, and project‑based procurement.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate supplier proposals and pricing structures.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure to meet project deadlines.
