Tasks
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase outbound travel bookings from the GCC region, focusing on achieving revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners to enhance business opportunities and negotiate competitive deals.
  • Lead and mentor a team of travel consultants, ensuring high levels of customer service and effective handling of client inquiries and bookings.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and improve service offerings.
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to create and promote tailored travel packages that meet the needs and preferences of diverse clientele.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the travel industry, with a focus on outbound travel in the GCC region.
  • Strong understanding of diverse destinations and cultural nuances within the GCC and global travel markets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
