Job Description:

• Responsible for assisting and delivering high quality standards in PCD. This includes but not limited to accuracy in contract review and reporting from a professional and legal point, good negotiations with suppliers, evaluating suppliers, and preparing reports as requested by Manager.

• Overseeing contract preparation and revision for purchase and sale of goods and services.
• Reviewing and finalizing draft contracts with Legal Department and concerned users.
• Preparing contract briefs and revisions summarizing contractual requirements and budgets.
• Tracking authorizations and correspondence.
• Maintaining an updated list of contracts.
• Preparing contract change notices and monitoring contractor performance.
• Analyzing and mitigating risk.
• Providing contract summaries and ensuring contract execution.
• Establishing good relationships and negotiating deals with suppliers.
• Preparing contract reports and other reports as assigned by Manager.
• Monitoring supplier performance and applying modifications when necessary.
• Ensure PCD work instructions and policies are in line with ISO
  20400 standards.
• Analyzing and maintaining supplier records and evaluation reports.
• Analyzing and attending audit reports and preparing corrective/preventive measures.
• Conducting bidding and RFQ stages on high value items using SAP-Ariba system.
• Attending and executing projects in accordance with company policies and procedures.
