Property Supervisor

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Property Supervisor to oversee the operational efficiency, maintenance, and overall performance of our facilities. This role plays a key part in ensuring excellent service delivery, tenant satisfaction, and smooth coordination with service providers and government entities.

• Supervise property staff and ensure high-quality performance.
• Monitor facility maintenance, preventive plans, and renovation activities.
• Address tenant needs, complaints, and inspection findings.
• Review maintenance reports, quotations, invoices, and vendor performance.
• Support leasing operations and contract management tasks.
• Coordinate with government authorities for permits, licenses, and official procedures.
• Conduct site visits, supervise project handovers, and validate engineering drawings.
• Prepare and monitor property-related budgets and petty cash accounts.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in facility or property supervision.
• Professional certifications preferred: CFM, FMP, ISO 41001.
• Strong communication skills in Arabic & English.
• High attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
