Job Description Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the HSE strategy, ensuring compliance withall ISO standards.
• Cultivate and maintain a culture that upholds high standards of HSE compliance.
• Ensure adequate training for staff in health and safety requirements and best practices, supporting managers in their respectivefunctions.
• Maintain and execute the internal audit schedule in accordance with company policy.
• Facilitate HSE risk assessments, involving line management and factory floor employees.
• Develop and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS).

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing facility, preferably in thelarge construction-related products sector.

Salary:
Starting at 42,000 SAR per month, inclusive of fixed allowances, along with family benefits, insurance, and a performance bonus.
