- Prepare and maintain weekly, monthly, and annual reports, dashboards, and KPIs .
- Collect, validate, analyze, and consolidate data from multiple sources.
- Identify trends, risks, variances, and root causes and provide actionable recommendations.
- Monitor HR analytics , including workforce, Saudization/NITAQAT, headcount, and turnover
- metrics.
- Support budgeting, financial analysis, forecasting, and cost monitoring .
- Monitor project performance, milestones, risks, issues, and deliverables .
- Develop clear and professional PowerPoint presentations and data visualizations for
- management.
- Identify opportunities for reporting automation, process improvement, and data accuracy .
- Collaborate with stakeholders to provide accurate and timely insights for decision-making.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, IT, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related
- field.
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in data analytics, business analysis, reporting, HR
- analytics, or a related field.
- Experience in dashboard development, budgeting, financial analysis, and PMO reporting .
- Experience in reporting automation and process improvement is preferred.
- Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI .
- Strong data analysis, reporting, visualization, and forecasting skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and data integrity .
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across teams.
- Knowledge of Saudization/NITAQAT and Saudi labor regulations is preferred.
