1. Develop, implement, and continuously improve governance policies and frameworks.
2. Monitoring compliance with internal regulations, rules, and policies.
3. Identifying governance risks and establishing controls and remediation plans.
4. Supporting the Board of Directors and committees, and preparing governance reports and recommendations.
5. Supervising ethics and integrity programs and conducting governance reviews and assessments.## Required conditions
1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, preferably with an advanced certificate or qualification in governance.
2. Experience in governance, compliance, or a related field.
3. At least 3 years of experience in privacy, information security, administration, auditing, or compliance.
4. Knowledge of governance principles, regulations, and risk management.
5. Strong skills in communication, leadership, analysis and decision-making.
