- 12+ years experience in operations, transformation, portfolio governance, or business excellence.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Company ExperienceSaudi Aramco, NEOM, Red Sea Global, Royal Commission for Jubail & Yanbu, Riyadh Airports Company (RAC), Jeddah Airports Company (JEDCO), ENGIE Solutions, CBRE, JLL, ISS Facility Services.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in large-scale operations, maintenance, integrated facilities management, airports, healthcare, higher education, hospitality, government, and critical infrastructure environments.
