- Supervise daily MEP construction activities and ensure proper implementation of approved drawings and method statements.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, technicians, and workers to ensure smooth workflow.
- Ensure materials and equipment required for work are available on site.
- Review drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Identify discrepancies in drawings and raise RFIs for clarification.
- Prepare daily and weekly work plans in coordination with the Project Manager.
- Monitor progress and ensure alignment with the project schedule.
- Track workforce, productivity, and material usage.
- Inspect ongoing work to ensure compliance with quality standards and project requirements.
- Ensure corrective actions are taken for any non conformities.
- Enforce safety regulations and ensure safe work practices on site.
- Coordinate with HSE team to prevent accidents and hazards.
- Maintain daily site reports, progress records, inspection requests, and site observations.
- Assist in preparing as built drawings and handover documentation.
